On June 11 2022, the Class of 2002 held its 20th reunion. Some of those in Hong Kong gathered for a meal, which was followed by a zoom with those abroad. We went around the room (both actual and virtual) and updated everyone on life since GSIS. It was a truly memorable evening, as we had not seen some of our classmates for over 2 decades (since some had left GSIS before graduating). Everyone was recognisable, which is a feat in itself, and many laughs were shared throughout the night. In fact, despite our age, a few of us managed to stay out until the sun rose, which goes to show that age is definitely just a number. A massive thanks goes to Mrs. Gall (forever our Head of Primary) and Mrs. Peart (forever our Head of Secondary) for joining us on zoom, and Mrs. Cayrouse who was suddenly looped in at the very last minute!

Requests were made for these reunions to become an annual event. We shall see if that indeed happens, but in any case, the June reunion triggered a series of mini gatherings, which will hopefully continue for all the years to come.
