Wellbeing Week has once again come and gone. Outside of the very popular Kepow Theatre Workshops, our students were treated to classes and seminars to further promote a positive wellbeing.

Students from our EPD and GPD attended workshops built around meditation with Michelle Harris, where students learned about different forms of meditation and why it is so beneficial to our wellbeing.

We also welcomed a familiar face back to campus - Dr. Anisha Abraham came to visit our students and parents to give a variety of lectures and workshops.

Overall, Wellbeing Week was another big success - big thanks to Ms Lau, Ms Geisel, Ms Marquard and Mr Hoskins for organising our different events, as well as to all staff, students and parents involved!
